Our staff welcomes you to Katy Lifestyle Chiropractic!

As part of our “Miracle Year For Wellness”, your first visit will give you an opportunity to find out how chiropractic care and nutritional counseling can help you, as it has helped countless others. Please set aside an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for your initial examination appointment. We suggest that you download our New Patient Forms in the comfort of your home and bring the completed forms with you to your appointment. If you are not able to do so, we ask that you arrive at our office 20 minutes in advance of your appointment to complete forms.

Upon receipt of your completed forms, our staff will spend some time familiarizing you with Dr. Collins’ approach to chiropractic care and wellness. State of the art animation software is utilized to help our patients visualize the interaction of the nerves with muscles, organs and other aspects of the human body. You will receive a brief tour of our facility and have an opportunity to learn about specific treatments. You will meet with Dr. Collins for a private review of your health history and areas of concern. You will receive, a comprehensive examination including full orthopedic and neurological tests, digital x-rays (only if necessary), electromyography spinal scan, autonomic nervous system evaluation, and postural foot scan. This initial examination will determine if you could benefit from chiropractic care.

Dr. Collins will conduct a Report of Findings in detail on the following day, presenting you with the results of your examination and a proposed schedule of care. Your treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies, acupuncture, rehabilitative exercise or nutritional support. You can begin your treatment that same day.
